CALISTHENICS FOR BEGINNERS – HOW TO PLAN A CALISTHENICS WORKOUT. This video gives you my personal tips on how you should programme a calisthenics workout. My personal routine is push/pull/legs/gym(muscle group of choice). I train 4 times per week and after every 6 weeks I take a complete rest and do not train for a whole week. This works best for me and my lifestyle. Remember you want to programme a workout suited to your lifestyle and individual fitness goals.
