4×12 hip thrust

Day 2: BACK✅
30-50 min elliptical
4×12 wide lat pull downs
4×12 bent over barbell rows
4×10 Romanian DL
4×12 one arm DB rows
3xMax pull ups

Day 3: SHOULDERS✅
30-50 min Elliptical
4×12 DB press
4×12 Standing military press
4×12 DB Front Raises
4×12 Side lateral raises
4×15 Reverse machine flies
4×12 Bent over Rear Delt Raises

Day 4: ARMS✅
30-50 min elliptical
4×15 DB curls
4×15 lying curls
4×15 Rope pull downs
4×15 triceps dumbbell ex
4×15 hanging abs leg lifts
4×15 med ball Russian twist abs
4×15 rope abs

Day 5: CHEST✅
4×12 bench press
4×12 incline DB press
4×12 DB press
4×12 incline bench hammer curls
4xMax cable flies
4xMax Chest dips
30-50 min elliptical

Day 6: LEGS✅(Same as Day 1)

Day 7: REST DAY!✅
