Now This Is A Yoga Class You Seriously Don’t Want To Miss

For women

On 21 June we celebrated International Yoga Day, which basically makes it International Yoga Month, right? That’s a whole month of reasons to stretch, balance and find our inner zen.

We love that the practice is not just an art but a culture that brings together mind, body and soul. Its benefits really stretch (had to!) far beyond improving flexibility – yoga also boosts awareness, both mentally and physically. And we bet you need that as much as we do right now – mid-year mental slump anyone?

So go on and get your Om on!

To celebrate the practice and put your body to the “stretch”, Brooklyn Mall and Kauai Brooklyn have teamed up with yoga aficionado Ravi Govender to bring you 60 minutes of the best Vinyasa and Hatha moves yoga has to offer – designed to make you sweat and calm your mind and spirit at the same time.

Whether you’re new to yoga or you’ve been at it for some time, the class is made to accommodate you. Plus, you score a healthy brunch from Kauai!

Date: 29 June 2019

Time: 10am

Venue: Weylandts store Brooklyn Mall (they’ve cleared a nice big space inside the store, so we can get our Om on)

Cost: R150 per person (includes your Kauai wrap and smoothie)

Book: https://www.quicket.co.za/

*Please bring your own mats
